What we do

Thryve House is a real estate solutions company. We are not a licensed real estate brokerage and we do not represent you as an agent. We buy properties directly, and we may assign our contractual interest in a property to an investment partner. You are encouraged to consult your own attorney, agent, or advisor before signing any agreement.

Offers

Submitting a form does not create any obligation for you or for us. Any offer is non-binding until both parties sign a written purchase agreement, and every purchase is subject to the terms of that agreement, including title review.

Information for investors

Property details we share with investors, including after-repair values and repair estimates, are estimates to help screen deals. They are not appraisals, inspections, or guarantees. Buyers must verify all information independently.
